Cancellation policy
A consumer is any natural person who enters into a legal transaction for purposes that are predominantly neither attributable to their commercial nor their independent professional activity.
Right of withdrawal
You have the right to withdraw from this contract within 30 days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period is thirty days from the day on which you or a third party named by you, who is not the carrier, took possession of the goods. To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us, the humstore online shop, Michael Rolfe, Bassumer Straße 25 in 27232 Sulingen, service@humstore.de, by means of a clear statement (e.g. a letter sent by post, fax or e-mail) of your decision to withdraw from this contract. You can use the attached model withdrawal form for this purpose, but it is not mandatory. To comply with the withdrawal period, it is sufficient that you send the notification of the exercise of the right of withdrawal before the expiry of the withdrawal period.
Consequences of withdrawal
If you revoke this contract, we shall reimburse all payments received from you, including delivery costs (with the exception of additional costs resulting from your choice of a different delivery method than the cheapest standard delivery offered by us), immediately and at the latest within fourteen days from the day on which we received notification of your revocation of this contract. For this reimbursement, we will use the same means of payment that you used for the original transaction, unless explicitly agreed otherwise; in no case will you be charged fees for this reimbursement. We may refuse reimbursement until we have received the goods back or until you have provided proof that you have sent the goods back, whichever is earlier. You must return or hand over the goods to us immediately and in any case at the latest within fourteen days from the day on which you inform us of the revocation of this contract. The deadline is met if you send the goods before the expiry of the thirty-day period. We will bear the costs of returning the goods. You are only liable for any loss in value of the goods if this loss in value is due to handling the goods that is not necessary to check their condition, properties and functionality.

Returns
The modalities mentioned in this section "Returns" are not a prerequisite for the effective exercise of the right of withdrawal in accordance with the section "Information on the right of withdrawal for consumers".
Simple and free of charge.
If you wish to return your product(s), please call our service number +49 (0)170 5841332, where you will receive immediate assistance. Please have all order information ready. Our colleagues will then send you a return ticket by email, with which you can return your goods free of charge. You can also send an email directly to service@humstore.de, please state your name under which you ordered and the order number. If you wish to claim a defective or damaged product, please also send us at least one photo showing this.
Customers are requested to avoid damaging or contaminating the goods. If possible, the goods should be returned to the seller in their original packaging with all accessories. If the original packaging is no longer in the buyer's possession, other suitable packaging should be used to ensure adequate protection against transport damage and to avoid any claims for compensation due to damage resulting from inadequate packaging.
