Yes. The hum outdoor cushions are tested for water, UV, mold, and chlorine resistance.

The cushion dries quickly; light rain beads off. After heavy rain, allow the cushion to dry in the sun. We recommend storing the cushion in a dry place during heavy rain.

The fabric has a high lightfastness and can be exposed to more sunlight than any other cushion without the colors fading.

You can wash the cover of the outdoor cushions separately from the inner cushion in the washing machine on a delicate cycle.

Indoor cushions made of virgin wool and linen must be professionally cleaned.

Yes. Please understand that the cushions are handmade. This means that our cushions are cut and sewn by hand. This process can lead to variations. The data provided are approximate measurements.

Unsere Outdoorkissen (Kvadrat + Sunbrella -Stoffe) bestehen zu 100% aus synthetischen Hightech-Fasern und sind komplett frei von Daunen, Wolle oder Leder. Da es in Europa kein gesetzliches Textil-Prüfsiegel für vegane Produktionsketten gibt, deklarieren wir sie transparent als rein synthetisch. Dank strenger Zertifizierungen wie z.B. EU Ecolabel und Greenguard Gold sind sie dennoch die perfekte, nachhaltige Wahl für dein Zuhause.

For our outdoor cushions, we partner with Trevira CS, a textile manufacturer that takes back all our production offcuts and uses them to create new material. Additionally, you can return old hum outdoor cushions to us, and we will recycle them. Feel free to contact us atservice@humstore.de

To produce hum Design indoor cushions , we repurpose fabric remnants from the furniture industry. These are high-quality, new fabrics that are, for example, too small to make a sofa.
