Kvadrat A/S, our partner for the special fabrics of the hum covers, is ISO 9001 and ISO 14001 certified. These international standards describe the basic concept and principles of quality management and environmental management. The fabrics that hum uses are all Greenguard gold certified.

Kvadrat is best known for its unique designs and wonderful colors . Which were developed by well-known designers.

Colors & Patterns

The evaluation of the colors is purely visual and depends on various factors. Slight color differences in textiles are unavoidable, especially between different production batches. The colors can vary on the monitor to the product, this is due to the different color settings.

To be on the safe side, we offer to ship small textile samples. These are leftovers from the cuttings that occur in production.

Before each material is delivered to our sewing shop and after the cushion cover has been sewn, a responsible quality control of all textiles and cushions is carried out.

After receiving the cushions, the customer should carefully inspect the cover for defects.

What if the zipper gets stuck?

Please first check whether there is anything caught between the teeth in the zipper.

Change the position of your hand or rotate the pillow once to change the angle of the handle. This can sometimes help and the zipper works again.

If the zipper gets stuck, apply some candle wax or soap to your teeth. Afterwards he will walk more easily again.

Textilien bestehen aus unterschiedlichen Materialien und durch die menschliche Handarbeit kann es zu kleinen Abweichungen kommen. Daher haben sich auf Grund von Erfahrungswerten bestimmte Standards und Toleranzen etabliert, für dein hum Premium Kissen.

The cushions are handmade with great care in Germany . We guarantee high-quality workmanship and perfect quality .

Textiles are made of different materials and are manufactured using different processes. A dimensionally accurate production is not technically possible. Therefore, based on empirical values, certain standards and tolerances for textiles have been established.

storage

After the cushions have been delivered, the packaging should be opened to allow air to the textiles. When not in use, they should be stored dry in a constant and moderate temperature environment (in the range of 18-22ºC). The pillows should be stored in such a way that pressure points that could damage the textiles are avoided.
