Qualität bis ins Detail
At hum, we have agreed to use only high-quality materials that are produced in Europe. The pillows are manufactured in Germany, in a very good sewing workshop near Hamburg. It's these small details that make the product so special. Each individual pillow is still cut and ironed by hand. A good and responsible partnership is the cornerstone of a successful and long-term collaboration.

Farben & Stoffmuster
The evaluation of colors is purely visual and depends on various factors. Minor color differences in textiles are unavoidable, especially between different production batches. The colors may appear differently on the monitor than on the product; this is due to different color settings. We have taken great care to display the correct color tone for our cushions online.
To be sure, we offer free shipping of fabric samples of our pillows.

Handgefertigte Details
Da unsere Kissen in Deutschland handgefertigt werden, können kleine Abweichungen in Struktur oder Maß auftreten, ein Zeichen echter Manufakturarbeit.
After delivery, the packaging of the pillows should be opened to allow air to circulate around the textiles. When not in use, they should be stored dry in an environment with a constant and moderate temperature (between 18-22ºC). The pillows should be stored in a way that prevents pressure points which could damage the textiles.
