That's why we decided from the start to set up our own online shop (www.humstore.de) and offer our outdoor cushions through it. With an attractive website and social media presence, we can creatively showcase the cushions and communicate directly with potential customers. On the other hand, offline sales in local shops or at markets have their own appeal. Here we can personally interact with buyers, show them the quality of the cushions up close and receive valuable feedback. The customer also has the opportunity to see our cushions live and touch the great cushion quality. For this reason, we like to work with shops and the cushions are presented very professionally in the shop. Both sales channels have their advantages and can complement each other. We are now represented in over 40 shops in Germany and are also planning to sell across Europe.

Outdoor cushions are not only stylish but also functional, as they can withstand weather conditions while providing comfort. In the shops, we approach the stores that we like directly and ask about working with them. Mostly through cold calling, driving straight to the store and presenting our pillows. Here, too, we have the opportunity to show our pillows directly and convince people with the quality and design. It works very well, so we have decided to exhibit more at trade fairs. In our experience, sales via emails and phone calls are very time-consuming and in most cases unsuccessful.
