I saw other pillows on social media?

Yes. Some colors and fabrics will only be available in selected stores. Please send us an email about your favorite pillow and we will get back to you.

Can I order just pillowcases?

Yes. Please send an email to service@humstore.de and we will get back to you immediately.

Can I order fabric samples?

Yes. You can order outdoor fabric samples from us. You will find the samples section directly in the shop, where you can simply choose your favorite colors . For fabric samples of the indoor cushions, please send an inquiry.

Where can I order the patchwork cushions and do you also offer custom-made products?

Yes. Please send an email to service@humstore.de and we will get back to you immediately.

Where are the pillows made?

The hum Premium pillows are made in Germany, in a factory in Saxony and Hamburg. The inner pillow is produced in Bavaria.

Can I leave the outdoor cushions outside?

Yes. The hum outdoor cushions are tested for water, UV, mold, chlorine and seawater resistance . The cushion dries quickly, we recommend storing the cushion in a dry place in heavy rain. The fabric is highly lightfast , please note that no fabric in the world is 100% protected from the sun.

Are the pillows washable?

You can wash the outdoor cushions separately from the inner cushion in the washing machine. The indoor cushions made of new wool and linen cannot be washed in the washing machine. Please note the exact care instructions , which you can find on the inside of the cushion and on the product page. Can I leave the outdoor cushions outside over the winter?

The material is very durable. We recommend storing the cushions in a dry and well-ventilated place if you are away for a long time. Please clean the cushions before storing them.

Yes. hum is a registered trademark and we are responsible for all processes in production and the selection of materials.

Can the sizes of the pillows vary?

Yes. Please understand that the cushions are cut and sewn by hand. This process can lead to deviations. The data provided are approximate measurements.

Ordering and shipping

When will my order arrive?

Thank you for your order. Delivery time is 1-3 working days. You will be informed of the exact delivery date.

The pillows are not OK?

We are sorry that the goods do not meet your requirements. Please contact us service@humstore.de

How can I check the delivery status?

We will inform you as soon as we receive your order and when your package has been shipped. In the email you will find all the information you need to track your shipment.

Warranty and guarantees

Unless expressly agreed otherwise, the statutory liability for defects applies.

What are the return conditions?

Returns are free of charge.
