1. Can I leave the outdoor cushions outside?

Yes. The hum outdoor cushions are tested for water, UV, mildew, chlorine and seawater resistance . The cushion dries quickly, we recommend storing the cushion dry in heavy rain. The fabric has a high lightfastness , please note that no fabric in the world is 100% protected from the sun.

2. Are the cushions washable?

Yes. You can wash the cover separately from the inner pillow in the washing machine. Please note the exact care instructions , which you can find on the inside of the pillow and on the product page. In addition, under sustainability there is an article about the care of our products .

3. Can the sizes of the pillows vary?

Yes. Please understand, the cushions are cut and sewn by hand. This process can lead to discrepancies. The given data are approximate dimensions.

4. Can I order fabric samples?

Yes. You can order fabric samples from us. You will find the pattern area directly in the shop, where you can simply choose your favorite colours .

5. Do you also offer customization?

Yes. Please send an email to service@humstore.de and tell us your request.

6. Can I leave the cushions outside over the winter?

The fabric is very resistant. We recommend storing the cushions in a dry and well-ventilated place if you are going to be away for a longer period of time. Please clean the cushions before storing them.

7. Where are the pillows made?

The outdoor cushions are cut and sewn in a company in Saxony and Hamburg (Germany).

8.Made in Germany?

Yes. The cushion cover and inner cushion (Bavaria) are made in Germany .
